Are you ready to invest in yourself and develop the skills you need for a successful career? Apply to the Newport News Navigating Wealth Building Program at Brooks Crossing Innovation & Opportunity Center. This FREE fast track program helps Newport News residents overcome barriers to employment and gain the education and training they need to begin successful careers.

This program is open to Newport News residents who are at least 25 years old and are the parents for one or more children under the age of 18.

This program is made possible in part by a grant from the Virginia Department of Social Services (VDSS), utilizing Temporary Assistance

for Needy Families (TANF) fund
